Tonight saw a very successful opening to our new season.

We had a really good turnout from existing members and several new faces looking to become members.

Darrell began with a welcome and an overview of our aims as a club. During this he presented certificates to Cat, Jason and Geoff for images placed in the L&CPU club competition and the certificate for the club that celebrated our third place.

Geoff talked through our exciting programme for this season. There are many outstanding highlights to look forward to.

Jason then finished the first section with an explanation of our competition structure. Anyone wishing to take part in a competition who is at all unsure of the process, please don’t hestitate to get in touch with Jason or any  other committee member for help and clarification.

The second part of the evening involved members sharing recent pictures. We saw a great variety from a wide number of members and as usual were treated to an entertaining evening.

Next week (15th September)  is a practical evening meeting at the Zan Industrial Park, CW114QH at 6.30pm. The following meeting 22nd September is a more extended picture share. Please bring 10 photos to share with the group.
