Big congratulations to Darrell and Geoff who gained their DPAGB today. The adjudication took place in Maidstone and Darrell was there to witness the tension. Keeping a running total of the scores is very nerve wracking and the judging took the best part of 4 hours. In the end, both Darrell and Geoff were comfortably in the pass range with Geoff gaining 1 extra point ( so a very tight contest). It was announced at the end of the afternoon that the pass rate was 50%, so Geoff and Darrell’s success was no certainty.

The Kent Photographic Association hosted the event and were very welcoming.
